Mrs. Sharon Chiwendu Dibor founded Nomrachi Smart Academy Ltd., a government-accredited institution in Awka, and leads the Academy and most of the company’s departments. She holds a BSc in Psychology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Teachers Institute, Kaduna. She is TRCN-certified and a TEFL-certified teacher trainer, with training in AI annotation. She also coordinated deployment and installation access, through remote operations, on a telecom infrastructure programme across four South-East states.

Anthony Ikenna Dibor

Co-Founder; Head, Strategic Business Development and Institutional Partnerships

Anthony Ikenna Dibor is an entrepreneur whose career began in 1998 in welding and metal fabrication, producing interior and exterior ornamental ironwork and remote-controlled automated gates. That work led to telecom infrastructure delivery. The field experience, certifications and relationships built over time shaped Nomrachi’s move into renewable energy, energy efficiency, battery energy storage and installation training.

Between 2007 and 2010 he designed and established a large wrought-iron manufacturing facility for SD Interiors, facilitated by the Bank of Industry. It employed more than 80 people; he specified the machinery, planned the factory layout and trained its production manager. His experience also includes civil engineering, construction supervision and the establishment of schools.

He has lived and worked in Abuja and Lagos for over three decades and in Awka for about a decade, and has collaborated with Champlain Consulting Associates Ltd. for more than twenty years. His current work spans energy, housing, manufacturing, healthcare and technical education, with partners in Nigeria and internationally. He believes national development is a shared effort, and Nomrachi’s approach is to put its clients first.
